Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please use the Contact Us page to begin a return request. We ask that you submit a description of the issue and we will notify you if we require additional information.

Returns must be unused, unwashed, with hang tag attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Items that are approved for return may incur a 20% restocking fee. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed less the restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale and limited-edition items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days after your return has been accepted, completed and a return confirmation email from Burbale has been received, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
